Refer a Friend Scheme
At Astrea Academy Trust, we believe great people know great people and we want to reward that!
Our Refer a Friend Scheme gives current employees the opportunity to recommend talented individuals to join the trust. If your referral leads to a successful hire, you could receive a £300 or £500 reward, depending on the role.
